As well as volunteering and team building we host family fun days and can cater for very large groups in our Events Field.

We will ensure that you receive regular communications and updates, so you can see the impact of the partnership and your ongoing contributions to the enterprise going forward.

Events & Volunteering

Providing innovative events and volunteering days to your team can have a great impact on staff morale, satisfaction and employee engagement. They improve your visibility, help with recruitment, skills development and retention. Physical tasks encourage motivation, team building and give people a huge sense of achievement.

Our events and volunteering programmes are interactive and enjoyable, and you will be joining many other partner organisations who provide people and funds to allow us to keep the farm doors open for the local community. Planning your event with us will enhance staff wellbeing and offer employees the chance to contribute to a unique social enterprise project and community resource.

As well-loved enterprise with limited budgets, we need your continued support in making the spaces vibrant, engaging and beautiful learning environments for all the schools, families and visitors we receive throughout the year.
