Our campsite is designed for peaceful family camping and countryside enjoyment. Please be considerate of other guests:
* No amplified music or parties
* Quiet hours: 10:00pm–8:00am
* Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult when leaving the field and are not permitted to stay on the campsite without an adult
* No vehicle movement in fields between 8:00pm–6:00am (use the car park instead)
* Only campers are permitted in the fields
* Wristbands must be worn at all times

Full arrival instructions will be emailed two days before your start date. On arrival, visit the check-in shed at the entrance to School Field. If unattended, call 020 8953 9602 option 5.

Camping Areas
Camping, Bell Tents and Glamping are based in School Field, with SEND Paddock added during peak season. Cabin Camping is located near the SEND Pavilion and Adventure Playground (5–10 min walk). View our map HERE
Camping
Pitch anywhere unless you’ve booked a Private Section, avoiding bunted areas and the Glamping / Bell Tent section. We accept campervans with a maximum length of 6 metres, such as traditional VW campervans - larger than this, motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents are not permitted on our site.
Glamping
Includes:
* 5m bell tent (up to 5 people)
* Mattresses (1 double, up to 3 singles) with linen
* Crate table, mats, camp light
* Picnic bench, firepit & starter fire pack
* Tripod BBQ with charcoal
* Cool bag
* Parking next to tent

Please bring towels, torch, power bank, extra blankets and cookware.
Bell Tent Hire
Includes:
* 5m bell tent
* Mattresses with protectors (1 double, up to 3 singles)
* Crate table, mats & camp light
* Parking next to tent
Please bring your own bedding, towels, cookware and camping equipment.
Cabins
Includes:
* Double bed and two camp beds (with protectors)
* Rug, mirror, crate table
* Fire pit and picnic bench
* Parking in main car park
Please bring your own bedding, towels, cookware and torches.
Private Camping Sections
Bunted and numbered areas for groups wishing to camp together. Location requests can be made but aren’t guaranteed.
Facilities
* Outdoor gas showers, portaloos and cold-water sinks in fields
* Main toilet block in the car park (5–10 min walk)
* Cabin campers use the main toilets with outdoor shower
* Please leave facilities as you would like to find them
Rubbish
Please bag and tie all waste. Our team will collect during the day and can provide bin bags if needed.
Note: We cannot accept unwanted tents, beds, chairs, BBQs, bricks or firewood — disposal charges may apply.
Parking
You’ll receive a parking code for Dagger Lane barrier access.
* Camping & Glamping: park beside tents (weather permitting)
* Wet conditions: parking may be in the main car park
* No field vehicle movement 8:00pm–6:00am, use main car park after hours
* Cabins: vehicle access for loading/unloading only, use main car park
Campfires, BBQs & Fire Safety
* Campfires and personal BBQ’s permitted only with Campfire Permission or Complete Campfire Package
* Fire pits provided for Glamping and Cabins
* A water bucket is supplied and must be kept near all fires
* BBQs available to hire; personal BBQs must be off the ground
* No fires or heaters in tents, keep well away from tents and trees or shrubs
* No smoking or vaping inside glamping / bell tents
* Do not set straw bales alight
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome (excluding play areas). Please clean up after them.

Includes:
* Unlimited Farm & Adventure Playground visits (subject to capacity)
* 25% off Park Play before 11am

Cancellations & No Shows
Bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, a gift voucher may be issued (15% admin fee / minimum £10).
